Sundridge–Medicine Bag Workshop

UPDATE–WORKSHOP FULL

Join Kokum Pamela Tremblay Hayes

on  National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Kokum Pamela will introduce participants to some teachings on the Medicine Wheel and participants will also create their own personal Medicine Pouch.

MEDICINE WHEEL:   represents  the four dimensions of self and of life, it symbolizes Balance, Well-being, Four Stages of life and much more including a reminder of the INTERCONNECTEDNESS of Creation.

MEDICINE POUCH: an integral part of many Indigenous Cultures, that has special significance to each individual person, can symbolize  Well-being, Identity and more.

There is no cost to attend.
