Bringing The Heartbeat And Ceremony Alive

Thanks to a grant from the Anglican Foundation of Canada, we have been busy in recent weeks making Ribbons Skirts, Ribbon Shirts, and a few were able to make their own hand drums.

This day’s event is to bring those regalia and drums together in celebration. A birthing ceremony for the drums, a feast, and a general introduction of our Pow Wow drum to the greater community. A time to celebrate National Indigenous Month.
