NuYah Cookie Baking

One thing about winter and celebrating the New Year or NuYah is the beloved cookie referred to as NuYah Cookie or Indian Cookie.
Its a Haudenosaunee tradition to give out these cookies to your family on the New Year. Old folks say that these were made into little doll shaped cookies and given out to your fathers relatives at the New Year aka NuYah when visiting.
Come and join us in making and sharing NuYah cookies and look forward to what 2023 has in store! Families are welcome to join us too!!
