Members of the Board of Directors will be participating in an all day Non-Profit Governance Training day. All regularly scheduled workshops at the St James Anglican Church will be cancelled for this day.
Tuesday, March 14 will be a Rattle Making Workshop for the youth of the Muskoka Indigenous Friendship Centre. Priority will be given to our Indigenous families. Pre-registration is required as there are limited number of kits available at this time.

Registered participants will take the now dried rattles and finish them off with items inside to make them "rattle". Each rattle will have a distinct and unique sound based on this process. This is the day our local Indigenous Youth will be able to make a joyful noise

This is a monthly gathering of Non-Indigenous and Indigenous community members. They look at ways of educating themselves on the issues of Truth and Reconciliation while also looking at ways that they can become allies. Learning to do ReconciliACTION. All are welcome.
