Using community harvested and processed porcupine quills, participants will make a simple pair of quill earrings. A 2-3 loop earring design while learning more about porcupines and their quill usage in Indigenous life and art. This month we are introducing a community favorite--leather covered lighter cases. This is a first step in the process towards future beading the outside of lighter cases. Open to residents of Alex's Place. Monthly we offer this supportive programming to the transitional youth/adults residing there.
