  • Gravenhurst–Bead Soup Earrings

    At the MIFC our activities are directed by the community members. This week, at the request of members, we are making simple 3 loop earrings by using some bead soup. All earrings will be unique but will provide a fun way for beginners to start learning how to work with thread and beads.

  • Ryde–Leather Keyring

    This activity is part of our 2024 healing project known as: Walk With A Soft Moccasin. Participants will make a keyring by working with deer hyde and learning how to bead a simple design on the leather. Funding for this project is provided by:

  • Gravenhurst — Macrame Loom Bracelet

    This week we are doing an activity requested by a regular attendee. Macrame is making a big comeback. So we are doing simple macrame bracelets on mini looms. This is a great beginner activity.
