Come and learn how to make a willow hoop dreamcatcher with Rama FN member, Christine. Funding for this program has been provided by the Community Enhancement Grant from The District Municipality of Muskoka. And a special thank you to St James Anglican Church for providing free use of space for our weekly events.
Using quills from a recently harvest porcupine, participants will make a simple looped earring with quills. Adults and youth aged 10 years and older will enjoy this activity and learning more about porcupines. Volunteers will be setting up from 9 am to noon in preparation for our Back to School Clothing Giveaway event in partnership with Free Stuff 4 Daily Needs. Clothing donations can be dropped off to St James Anglican Church between 9 and 11 am this day.
