The Muskoka Indigenous Friendship Centre will be sharing Indigenous cultural artifacts, drumming, music, history, and answering questions. The Manor at Gravenhurst Retirement Residence invited us there to share with their residents on this International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples.
Using quills from a recently harvest porcupine, participants will make a simple looped earring with quills. Adults and youth aged 10 years and older will enjoy this activity and learning more about porcupines. This programming is made possible by the Community Grant from the Town of Bracebridge....
