    PRE-REGISTRATION through the Huntsville Public Library is required. Youth and their parents/guardians will work together on this 2 day workshop to create a deer hyde rattle.     Day 2 carries on the teachings behind the rattles. Additionally, this is the day to make them "rattle". Removing the stuffing and filling with assorted beads, stones, or precious personal items. Each rattle will be unique, just like the youth making them.
